I just purchased the Global 365 Travel Pass and my phone plan is the CAN/US/MEX one. I should have my data plan uncapped when in the US but the Global 365 plan is overriding my mobile plane with a 5gb per day cap.
I think someone at Bell needs to correct this on the backend. When I initially got the US plan years ago I had to unsubscribe from Roam Better to enable it. This new Global 365 plan must be facing a similar situation in how you monitor for roaming.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Thank you for raising your concern. This is a peer-to-peer website. As such, plan pricing and policy decisions such as this are not within the scope of being able to resolved on this website.
If you have a Canada/US/Mex monthly plan & have the Global 365 Travel Pass already enabled as a feature attached to your plan, then yes, you'll be able to travel without any issues in the US & Mex. If you otherwise do not have a Canada/US/Mex plan and do not have the Global 365 Travel Pass enabled, you will incur regular charges.
The Global 365 Travel Pass allows you to use your device in international locations that are not covered by the Ultimate CAN/U.S./MEX Plan.
With the Global 365-day Travel Pass, valid in Roam Better destinations, you get unlimited talk and text to Canada and within your destination, plus access to your data while roaming. The pass is immediately activated once you add it to your account, and it expires 365 days later at 11:59 p.m. (ET). The pass is a non-refundable, prepaid pass and you won't be billed any daily roaming charges when travelling. Beyond 5 GB/day, speeds are up to 512 Kbps for the rest of the day. Data speeds reset at 12:00 a.m. (ET) daily. Speed and signal strength may vary due to roaming partner's network technology, traffic, topography, environmental conditions, network management and other factors. The travel pass does not cover roaming on cruise ships or flights.
Take care.

Thank you for the reply. I don’t think I asked the question clearly, see attached photo.
Top Message - received when entering US before Global 365 plan activated.
Bottom Message - received when entering US after Global 365 plan activated.
See highlighted portion. The cap should only apply to me when I am travelling in countries other than Mexico and US due to my mobile plan. So why am I being capped right now?

Good Day.
Thank you for reaching out to the community. That is a very fair question to ask.
It is somewhat next to impossible to answer with any kind of surety & guarantee. I wish I could provide you with a more satisfactory answer, but there isn't one.
"Will it renew after this year is up or will is this a one time thing." Maybe or maybe not!
It is a one-year subscription. Will it be available after one year?
As with everything in life consumer products & services change with the times. Product, price, service & consumer demand will be the deciding factors as to whether it will stay the same, change or no longer be available.
Bell does not post information such as this in advance on the community forum.
Take care.
