How to get the call barring password?

I am traveling abroad, due to frequent harassing calls, I want to use the roaming call barring function, but it required a password to activate the call barring function, and it is said to ask the operator for this password. Who could pls tell me how to get this password? Thx.

Call Barring: Have you talked to anyone at Bell Mobility? Some mobile devices have this supplementary feature option. E.g. Samsung. (The default password for Samsung is 0000.)

However, not all mobility service providers have this feature. This feature is unfortunately not available on Bell Mobility.
