How to set up Bell email on my Apple device

I'm trying to set up my Bell.net email on the Mail app of my iphone 13. It was working fine but for some reason it stopped working and i can't set it back up nothing seems to work

Have you closed the app & tried doing a hard reboot of your iPhone? Do this first! Are all of your apps & your iOS up to date? If not, complete this step as well.

If your email is still not working, go in to your settings verify your account information, etc. & if everything looks fine,

then you can either check the account once again against the link I have attached or you can delete the account & recreate it.

If you choose to delete the account, restart your iPhone after the deletion before recreating it.

I did all that and still can’t access my Bell email. I was told Bell doesn’t support email (Sympatico) anymore??

Bell no longer provides free email accounts. Bell provides Internet support for their products and existing email accounts. In order to help you, we need for you to provide further information & specific details.

How are you trying to access your Bell email account? Have you accessed your email account by way of Bell webmail? Are you trying to setup an email app or client such as Apple Mail, Outlook, etc. on a device?
