MMS Voicemail Not Working

My phone says it's enrolled for mms voicemails but I have never received a single one. Apparently i texted start to 44625 in November 2021 and I still haven't received one. My brother has been getting mms voicemails and he is bundled into the same bell family account. I have to call my voicemail every time I want to listen to a voicemail.

Hi there, @Kitkat1996. Welcome to the Community.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties with voicemail via MMS. Just to make sure, do you have data turned on or wi-fi calling set up? You would be unable to receive voicemails via MMS without one of those two turned on.

You can also try opting out and re-enrolling into voicemail via MMS. To do so, text STOP to 44625, then START again.

We'd also recommend taking a look at out support article on Voicemail via MMSOpens in a new tab or window for more details.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Signed up for Bell service a few days ago on iPhone 14 ProMax. After setting up voicemail I got a txt indicating I get complimentary Voicemail via MMS service. I left multiple vms but didn't receive vm via MMS. Tried rebooting, reset phone network settings. Swapping in another Bell sim I received vm via MMS which leads me to believe issue is with my account.
I txt 44625 to toggle ENABLE, START and received confirmation:

Bell msg: You have turned your voicemail notifications on. To turn them off, reply "DISABLE" to this message. Visit bell.ca/voicemailmms for more information.
Bell msg: You have opted in to receive Voicemail via MMS. To stop this feature at any time, reply "STOP" to this message. Visit bell.ca/voicemailmms for more information.

Still no voicemail via MMS. Before I contact support is there something else I can try?

Yes data is on as well as wi-fi calling. With regard to “opting out and re-enrolling into voicemail via MMS. To do so, text STOP to 44625, then START again” I mentioned in my post that this was done.

Sorry to hear that Kitkat1996

I opened a ticket with Bell Support. I’m hoping they will resolve this on their end.

Hi  Kitkat1996, If you have an iPhone did you check Settings/Messages/MMS Messaging = "ON"?

Bell has a free feature that enables a text message containing a recording of a voice mail to be sent to your phone. How do you turn that feature on?
