I hope to travel in Europe with a Bell Travel Pass. It says I can make calls within Europe. Does this include calls to friends travelling with us whose phones are registered in the US?

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
The Bell Europe 14-Day Travel Pass includes unlimited talk & text within your destination and back to Canada. Plus, uses the data from your rate plan while travelling. It does not include calls to friends with a U.S.A number. The pass is compatible with Roam Better and takes priority over Roam Better when travelling in an eligible destination (i.e., if you're using an active Travel Pass, you won't be charged the Roam Better daily fee). Once the pass expires, you revert to your regular roaming option (e.g., Roam Better or pay-per-use rates).
Similarly, the Global 365-day Travel Pass, valid in Roam Better destinations, provides you with unlimited talk and text to Canada and within your destination, plus access to your data while roaming. The pass is immediately activated once you add it to your account, and it expires 365 days later at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
Take care.
