New Cell Phone Purchase - looking at buying a new phone outright

Currently have a Bell cell phone plan for the next 21 months and looking at buying a new phone outright . Looking at the phone on MyBell website it describes the phone noting "From $17.79/mo for 24 months Our device full price $483.00 ". Question: Where on the website do you go to purchase only the phone i.e. $483.00 ?

Thanks

Good morning, @Mike0101. Welcome to the Bell Community, and thanks for reaching out.

Are you meaning to buy a new phone upfront without an agreement tied to it? If so, this can only be done in-store - we do not offer this method of purchase/upgrade online.

Let us know if you have any further questions. Best wishes.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Based on the limited information that you have provided, I can only assume that you purchased your mobility plan & device within the last 24 months.

This question is best answered by a Bell Mobility Customer Service representative. We do not have access to your account, billing details & mobility agreement on the Bell Community Forum.

You can view your Bell mobility agreement in MyBell. It will include all of the details that you agreed to when you activated your mobility service & device.

I have included the following weblinks for your review with the hope they will assist in answering some of your questions. Please refer to FAQs in the SmartPay

If you require further clarification & specific details regarding pricing, available device and plan changes, then you will need to call Bell Mobility Customer Service billing & orders at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Take care.
