Not able to receive calls from Rogers Network

Since I ported my number from Rogers, I am not able to receive calls from any Rogers network. My friends who are using Rogers number texted me told me that my number is going directly into voicemail.

We added a 3rd phone to our Bell plan. The phone was ours and Bell provided a new phone number. Since activation of that Bell phone number, that Bell phone number is unable to receive calls from Rogers customers.  They get a message "cannot connect". The Rogers calls can't leave voice mail and those same calls do not show up in the recent call list. The only way we know someone has tried to call is when they send a text ...which they are able to do. Help!

This is a business use phone and it has been 5 days of discussions with Bell tech department. It is now in the hands of case manager but there isn't going to be a quick fix.  Has anybody else had this problem.  Bell provided us with the phone number that isn't working properly.
