Our Bell Mobility (cell phones and messaging) are not working in Nipissing/North Bay area.

We are in the Nipissing/North Bay area. Bell is our cellphone provider and no service for both phones today. Can't call them bc the phones don't work. Does anyone know if service is completely down or how to contact assistance without calling? Thanks.

Any one else cell service down near North Bay ??  Been out all day . 

Already called for service support n they don't even know that there any outages! 

We played the game of restart n then power off phone. Oh boy !  

Shouldn't the system flag up the problem areas ( like hydro does)  Just wondering as the whole essence of Bell is communication..lol
