Prepaid number disappeared from app

Why did my prepaid number disappear off my app and gives me no option to add it back in

Please elaborate. Is your Prepaid account current, topped up & not suspended? Have you tried logging in to MyBell with a web browser? If not, then you should do so.

After logging in, all of your services should be listed. If your mobility service is in view, then I would suggest that you log out of MyBell on the web & open up your device.

A quick fix is to fully power off your phone and wait a few minutes and power it back on again. If this does not work, then have a look at the following:

  1. Verify that your iOS / OS on your device is up to date.
  2. Check that your apps are up to date.
  3. Uninstall & reinstall the MyBell app.
  4. Do a complete power off of your device once again.
  5. Check the app.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, I would seek out assistance by contacting Bell Customer Service: Dial #321 from a Bell device or call 1 888 537-9999

Had my issue resolved. Still don't know why it disappeared from my app, but had it reinstalled so all good.
