1. When I am on voice calls, there is an annoying and persistent clicking sound. It often has a minor blip of silence and obstructs the conversation.
2. Also, when trying to make a FaceTime Call, often, the call needs to be attempted 3 or more times. Sometimes the picture is blurred. But often the call just doesn't initiate.
This is only since I switched to Bell, recently. And if it can't be fixed, I will switch back, as it's super annoying.

Hi there, @MamaBearx4. Welcome to the Bell Community.
There's a number of reasons that could be causing background noise to come through. For the Community to be better able to assist, could you please clarify further?
- Is this only happening when using FaceTime on mobile data? What about when using your internet at home?
- Have you tried disabling background noise in FaceTime? In the FaceTime app, if you get to the contact that you're calling, you can scroll down to a Background Noise setting and select a noise-free setting.
- Does this happen on all your calls? Are they happening only happening at home, or everywhere?
- If only at home, have you considered our Wi-Fi Calling
feature? - Have you spoken to Tech Support to open a ticket and investigate further?
In the meantime, we'd recommend taking a look at our How To article on Troubleshooting voice calls
. You can also take a look at Apple's support article on FaceTime troubleshooting
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
