Re: Call audio not working

Tried using 2 different phones, when i do calls or recieve a call, the other person can hear me, BUT dont hear them. Switched to my other phone, same thing happens. Any one expererienced similar issue? What did you do to solve the issue? Thanks

  • What is the make, model and OS/IOS version of your phone?
  • Have you tried a simple restart and resetting your network settings?
  • How many reception bars are showing on your screen?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
  • Have you contacted our technical support team to open a ticket? If so what did they tell you?

We wanted to check in and see if you were still having issues with your call audio. If so, had you taken the time to speak to Tech Support and made a ticket?

I've done some digging and found that other Samsung Galaxy Fold users have been experiencing the same issue.

I am currently experiencing exactly the same thing. I ported from Telus to Bell on the 21st of March. For more than a week now I have been experiencing this

same issue, from Fido to Bell recently. 

From fido to bell too. I have an S23 and tried restarting my phone whenever it happens like a Bell store suggested. I have full bars and 5G when it happens.

Hi! So far, after restarting maybe for the 15th times, my call audio seems to be working fine. Thanks

  • fold 4- latest android
  • yes i've restarted a million times because its the only thing that makes it work temporarily
  • full bars 4g LTE+
