You will need to contact the original supplier in order to activate your eSIM.
In case you deleted your eSIM profile by mistake, you can re-install it by contacting your eSIM provider or by using your provider's eSIM application.
You must contact Bell Mobility and have them send you a new QR code that you can scan in order to activate your eSIM again.
Have you tried to use Bell Support Chat? It appears you have access to the Internet & your MyBell account.
Do you have access to a computer? Login to MyBell > Select your account. All of your device information will be stored there.
You will still need to contact Bell Mobility. Bell Support Chat is open: 07:00am - 12:00am (ET)

We got 2 new iphones 15's recently. My husbands phone had 2 eSIMS on it after we set up his phone, his (with his number) marked primary and mine (my phone number) as a business line. When I set up mine I marked mine as primary and his as business. Nether of our phones were letting us make calls or receive texts. I went into the business eSIM on my phone and deleted it, it then deleted both eSIMs on my phone and no longer has cellular service. That's when his phone started to work with cellular but only when he had my line or eSIM selected not his primary line. I can't add an eSIM now I tried every option nothing works. Texts people are sending me are coming only to his phone and when he calls people it says it is me (my number) calling them. We have spent many hours on the phone with bell to get to this point as we initially just used our old sim cards to start the phones up when we got them only to be told this was not the way to do it. They walked us through eSIM process but now the phones don't work as noted above. Thanks for any responses or ideas to avoid driving 30 min one way into town to meet with someone at bell to get this fixed.

Good Day.
I am not sure how to answer your question with the limited but complex information you have provided. This is a peer-to-peer website. We do not have access to your accounts, & mobility device information. In order to assist you further we would require your IMEI, SIM & eSIM information for both devices. This information is required in order to reactivate / setup your devices properly. This type of information cannot be easily shared or communicated on a community forum.
I do understand & appreciate your reluctance to travel 30 minutes to the nearest Bell mobility store. In the long run this may be your easiest & quickest method of resolving your activation issues.
If I were you, I would call the store beforehand, explaining your issue & book an appointment with the store.
eSIM and Dual SIM Activation & Setup
Mobility: troubleshooting tools, help and support
One thing to remember is that you can only activate your eSIM on one device and is most likely the cause of the issue if you attempted to duplicate the eSIM's on both devices.
Thank you for posting your question.
Take care.

The bell agent on phone when retransfering my phone number from Telus to Bell said I will have to remove Telus SIM card in 1 hour and reset my iPhone. I asked and he told me 3 times in a row that he was 100% sure I don’t have to reactivate the eSIM.. but when I reseted my iPhone I did not have any service anymore. Can’t use my service I pay for. I am frustrated like hell. I tried live chat but the agent could not understand why it says “eSIM Cannot Be Added This code is no longer valid. Contact your carrier for more information.” Which I did try to contact my carrier Bell… I was told I’ll be forced to go to a bell store which waste me more energy time money life than I already did and am for the trouble caused by Bell. I am hoping to get 2 months of service as free credits for this. And I want it resolved without having to go to a Bell store. Can any Bell employee on here help me out since the agent on phone gave me wrong info and the live chat agents aren’t able to help and I can’t go to a bell store?

Good Day.
This is a peer-to-peer website. We would like to provide you with further assistance, but we cannot. We do not have access to your account, billing & equipment records. Billing issues and account activations cannot be handled on this forum.
eSIMs are typically tied to a specific device and cannot be reinstalled or transferred to a new device without Bell Mobility's assistance. You will need to contact Bell Mobility and have them resend you a new QR code that you can scan in order to activate your eSIM again.
I can only suggest that you follow the advice provided to you by the online agent & visit a Bell Store. If there is a problem with your previously activated eSIM, they will be able to assist you in resolving this matter for you.
If I were you, I would call the store beforehand, explaining your issue & book an appointment with the store. This will prevent you from "wasting any further time, money, energy and life."
Take care.
