Replacing stylus pen for s24 ultra

Hi 

My phone is fairly new under 6 months and I'm paying it off in my monthly bill. 

My stylus pen seems to have fallen out on its own while I was out shopping and need a replacement. I'm not impressed it fell out on its own like this, but how can I get it replaced?

Thank you for your question. The easiest way to replace a stylus is to go to the manufacturer’s web site or ask at a Bell store.

Unfortunately, your Samsung S24 Ultra S pen is not covered under warranty due to loss. It is not a stocked item at most store locations. If you check online, you can order a Samsung original replacement on the manufacturer's website. If preferable, you can also purchase an OEM equivalent from a number of other online retailers: E.g. Best Buy Canada, Amazon, etc.
