Why is Bell not offering the Samsung Ultra 22 with 256mb ?

Welcome to the Community.

We do currently offer the Samsung S22 Ultra 5G with 256GB in storage space.

If a specific model doesn't show as available when going to place an order, it's currently out of stock and you'll need to try again another time.

Following your link, I see the option. But when I go to upgrade my device,  only the 128GB option is only shown
