Just switched from Google Pixel 6 to Umidigi Bison 2 Pro. Can’t figure out how to fix MMS problem. Can’t send or receive pics. Can send via for example WhatsApp. Wifi works fine but not mobile network.
1- Turned off and on
2- Reinstalled Updated Messages App
3- Checked for system updates
4- Auto-download MMS on
5 SMSC +1438*******
6 Mobile Network Bell, Mobile data ’access data using mobile network’ turned on
7 Preferred Network Bell 3G (won’t change to 4G)
8 Preferred network type 4G
9 Automatically select network - ON Choose Network Bell
10 APNs Bell-Internet pad.bell.ca selected ON
I don’t know much about setting it up but I sure have tried everything I could think of for past 2 days. Any ideas?

Hey there @Rose102,
Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.
As you purchased a phone that is not sold in Canada, it could be caused by the phones capacity to connect to our local network or even the APN settings are not saved correctly.
To learn more check out How to configure my mobile devices to connect to the Internet on the Bell Mobility network.
