I am currently travelling outside Canada. I activated my WiFi calling before leaving Canada , and was also able to use it , by putting the phone on flight mode and connecting to the WiFi , when inside Canada. But since I have landed in another country, I see the WiFi option disabled. It tried to activate it multiple times, and every time after it says return to settings and switch the WiFi calling "ON" , it simply keeps on processing endlessly. Please note that following all due process, such as entering OTP, entering emergency address etc, but still somehow it's not working. Please guide.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Wi-Fi calling is not available outside of Canada. You will be able to use Wi-Fi Calling in any location in Canada that is out of cellular coverage and has a Wi-Fi network that you can connect to.
To use Wi-Fi calling:
- Your Bell mobility plan must include Wi-Fi calling.
- You must be using a compatible Smartphone.
- You need to have Internet access & be able to login to a Wi-Fi network that has a strong Wi-Fi signal.
Here is a link that will explain everything to you:

Take care.

I too recently learned that Bell WiFi calling does not work at all outside of Canada. This is truly ludicrous since it is otherwise an efficient and cost effective way to stay in contact while travelling. I did not realize this when I recently switched to Bell from Rogers, with whom wifi calling does work internationally. Really incredible!

That defeats the purpose of the service. All other provider I've been with, support wifi calling anywhere and everywhere

Wi-Fi calling is only available within Canada. Wi-Fi calls to locations outside of Canada will incur standard long distance charges. Internet usage consumed by Wi-Fi Calling will be managed by the Internet Service Provider that your phone is connected to.

Each provider makes their own decisions about what services they provide. Customers should look carefully, including reading the fine print on all such agreements. A quick survey of wi-fi calling services from a number of providers do suggest it is offered, but various carriers have specific fees for such services. Customers should read plan details carefully to find the plan and provider that best fits their own needs.

Good Day.
This is a Community Forum, a peer-to-peer web site. As such, we do not have access to your account & billing records. We can only try to assist you in answering your question with the information we do have, our knowledge, experiences, & sources of information that is readily available for everyone to search out on their own.
I wish I could assist you in this matter, but I cannot.
Bell does not offer Wi-Fi calling outside of Canada. There is little anyone can do to assist you in this matter. This may be a feature that will be considered and become a mobility add-on feature in the future.
Take care.
