Upgrade iphone

If you are a Bell privileged member and you want to upgrade your older phone,  do you have to pay the $30 some dollars a month for the 24 months?  Or can you upgrade to a certain phone for free as long as you subscribe to a new 2 year contract?

"Free" phones are not provided to any Bell members, regardless of their tenure with us. While we appreciate every member with Bell, this is not an option that is offered.
