My phone can not use the wifi
I checked my bell account but signal is excellent

If I turn on the Wi-Fi, it's loading and it's not connecting

How can I use it? What is the problem?

In my situation, my iPhone 15 was not connecting to the Home Hub 3000, but it would connect to the pods that I have in other rooms.  I contacted Bell and they are not able to split the frequency of my Hub since I have pods.  So short fix was to move one of my pods (I had one I wasn't using) into the room where the issue is so I can just have my dang wifi.

Hello wifi internet connection on iphone 15 pro max ios 17.4 will not connect to bell internet (Bell 4K - Bell 3000).  however wfi connect to my apple 3 tablet. No problem connecting to public wifi such as mall wifi, hospital wifi etc. Is this an apple or bell equipment issue. My cell service is with Freedom mobile.

anyone?

Were you able to fix

The problem is the hub 3000. Ask bell to upgrade free to gigahub. You will have no issues

You need to update the home hub/router. Call Bell to get updated. Works great after that.

Yes, I have experienced that on my iPhone 15 Pro. Usually I shut the wireless off, leave it and turn it back on and it reconnects.

Hi all.

My girlfriend has an iPhone 15 Pro. When she is at my house and using my Wifi (Gigabyte Fibe), she experiences never-ending load times.

This is only affecting her iPhone 15. My devices work perfectly all the time at home, and so does her iPad.

Any ideas on what to do? Thank you so much. I already tried restarting her device and reconnecting to my Wifi network.

Good Day & Welcome to the bell Community Forum.

Please elaborate on what you mean by "she experiences never-ending load times." ?

Let us try a couple of things to see if they may resolve her issues on your Wi-Fi network.

  1. Have you tried turning off the Wi-Fi on her device, then re-enabling it ?
  2. Have her do a complete power of of her device.
  3. After 20 seconds power on her device.
  4. Delete any previously used Wi-Fi connections including yours.
  5. Reboot her device once again & try reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network.
  6. Are you using a VPN?
  7. Have you tried resetting her network settings on her device?

Please let us know if there is something else we can do to assist you.

Take care.

Hi Welsh. I will try some of these and report back. To clarify, sometimes her iPhone 15 would experience load times that would never end. It would just load forever.

Hi Welsh. Tried your steps to no avail unfortunately.

We tried restarting device and resetting network settings, but the wifi still comes in-and-out. Sometimes it works for 10 minutes then cuts out again.

Any other ideas?

Hi there @Moondog
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
We would recommend checking out some other suggestions indicated in the thread to see if they work for you. If they do not, are you able to share some further information?
Which modem model do you have?
Do you have any third party equipment connected such as routers?
Do you have your SSID's split?
Looking forward to hearing back

Hey Nick!

Thanks for this. Going to give the other answers a try and report back.
