I bought my samsung S20 FE on sept. 12. i just found out that i do not have 

wifi internet connection and was having trouble accessing anything because,

of no network connections. I am also locked out of wifi-calling, cannot access

smartphone.

The instructions you sent me were useless. Did not open to any instructions. Late last

night and this morning while checking on the internet, it finally clicked in my brain,

and am now able to log onto gmail and my bell smartphone. I could do cartwheels i am so happy.
