We will need more details in order to help (please answer all questions);
- What is the make, model and OS/IOS version of your phone?
- Is the issue recent or you never where able to receive text messages?
- Are you able to make/receive calls, use data and send text messages?
- Which texting app are you trying to use?
- Have you tried restarting your phone and resetting your network setting?
- What troubleshooting steps have you completed so far?
- Have you contacted our technical support team to open a ticket?
