If you haven't already, get started by downloading the MyBell
app:
app:1. Visit the app store on your device, search for MyBell and select the MyBell app.
2. Tap INSTALL or Get.
3. Once installed, the MyBell
app will appear in your deviceʼs main app list.

1. Launch the MyBell app and login if prompted.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right corner, then tap "Settings and Privacy".
3. Tap "Push notifications", then tap "Open notification settings" and then "Allow" to engage all three selections. You may also tap on an individual notification that best serves you.

@Madhu Shudhan Dhar Which device do you have & where are you trying to download the app from?
In order to download the MyBell app you must do this from a Canadian app site such as Apple App Store, Google Play, etc. The Region for your device must also be set to Canada.
