I called Bell to report this charge. I’m the only person in the household and I wasn’t at home when the channel was added. I’ve had scams before with receiving duplicate bills one in French and one in English and they had different amounts. Bell cancelled it for me but I’m uncomfortable that this happened especially when you send a digital code to authorize that it has been ordered by me. Also, it is in my profile that the verification code goes as a text to my bell mobility and it hasn’t been doing that lately. I have to redirect it to my email. I ask the tech person today to check it and it still isn’t working. A scammer is into my file like a worm- I’m convinced because everytime I contact Bell there is either a Bell phone call or email scam following. I will change my password as recommended but I would still like this looked into. The tech today said perhaps I forgot or by accident it was done - I wasn’t even home today or on the Bell site today but two days ago I made my payment.

If you feel that a fraudster has gained access to your MyBell account, then please change the password for this account. I would suggest that you also change the password for your email account.
To restrict access to unauthorized purchases on your TV account, you can set up a PIN in order to purchaser programming over the phone or with your remote control.
This option is also available to you and can be set up on each of your TVs' by pressing the settings button on your remote control.

On a gong forward basis, you should monitor your account and any payments linked to it for suspicious activity.
