Account number for home internet

Hi,

I created my bell profile for home internet , but account number I was provided by bell is not working, bell internet was installed yesterday

I have attached a Bell web link that will assist you in setting up your Internet on your MyBell profile.

Registration - Bell.ca

You can also register using the personalized link that was sent to you when you ordered or activated your service. That link is only valid for 60 days.

If you still require further assistance, you should contact Bell Internet by calling: 1 844 310-SURF (7873)

When I put that ID in place of account number it won’t take it and won’t go to the next page ,

Your Fibe Internet service / account is installed & working? Do you have any other Bell services? If so, have you set up a MyBell account with any other Bell services? Do you have a Bell paper bill? If so, there will be an account number on it. If you have no billing information what so ever, or what you have is not correct then you should call Bell Customer service billing & orders at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device. They will verify & provide you with account information.

Have you checked your email to see if you received a message with a link from Bell?

Did you view the Registration link I provided? Did you check the examples on the right side in terms of "What numbers you can use?" Registration - Bell.ca

Have you tried calling the support number that I provided earlier? Bell Internet: 1 844 310-SURF (7873)

I am not sure what else I can offer up to you as a suggestion to solving your problem, other than contacting the support line once you have the appropriate account details?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community.
Sometimes it can take 5-7 business days for your account number to be generated fully, which may be why you were unable to link it to your MyBell. Do you have access to your 9 digit account number (it would start with either a 1 or a 2)?
