AirPods arrived but I didn’t order them?

Hi there - I ordered a new phone on Tuesday, got it on Thursday. 

on Friday I got a notice saying AirPods had shipped but I didn’t see it until today (Sunday) … I did not order AirPods - is this a Black Friday promo, or did someone go into my account and order AirPods ?!!

Yes, that sounds like one of the offers that we had around that period for select Apple products on an eligible plan. 

The offer would have been visible during the time the order was submitted and should be visible on your service agreement.
