Thank you for your question. Bell does not accept prepaid credit cards for Preauthorized Payments.

Additional details by payment type: Credit Card Payment

• Not accepted card: MasterCard Debit
• Accepted cards: American Express / MasterCard / Diners Club* / Visa Debit / Visa (Max $2000 / transaction, prepaid credit cards accepted for one time payments)
  • Note: *Diners Club not supported with Corporate Accounts.
• An amount of $6 or $7 is frozen for 3-7 business days the first time a credit card is used (or each time a prepaid credit card is used), after which the funds will be released.

Has anyone successfully paid billing by using a Vanilla prepaid credit card?

Good Day.

You can not pay your bill with a Vanilla prepaid credit card . You can pay your bill online by logging in your financial institutions application or website & setting up: BELL ONE BILL - 14 DIGITS as a payee.

You can also set up a pre- authorized payment or one time payment with either your bank account details or credit card on MyBell.

You can use any of the following methods of payment:

1. Pre-authorized payments from a bank account
2. Pre-authorized payments by credit card
3. One-time bank account payments
4. One-time credit card payments
