Bell mobile app not showing error

It showing my bell tv Sat I click to show what I have and pay but it not loading show error. It in mobile app but I can laid my bill to pay but can’t get to change my package it just me or is bell.

If we're understanding correctly, you're trying to make changes to your Satellite TV package through the MyBell app? Are you still running into any issues?

Maybe just the satellite sys is having problems. My Fibe acct is ok to switch channels on the app. I didn’t test “accept terms & submit”, but everything else is definitely fine. Did u receive a notification or notation in the app ab the outage?
