Billing cycle change

I want to change my billing cycle because I've gone over my usage and my speed has been decreased.

Hey there @Mirv ,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post.

Changing your billing cycle start date will not change your current data allotment and will not increase your speed. Your data allotment and max speeds will reset upon your next billing cycle start date.

If you feel like you need more data per month, check out your plan options via MyBell at Manage My PlanOpens in a new tab or window

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Bill payment due dates cannot be changed in the Bell Community Forum. We do not have access to account & billing details.

You cannot change your payment date. You can however change your billing date. By changing your billing date, this will automatically change your bill due date. It is not recommended that you change your billing date, however if you so desire, you can do so.

Bell bills are due 30 days after the billing date. Payments made after the due date are accepted but may not be reflected on your next bill. Late payment fees may apply for payments received after 30 days from the billing date.

Should you choose to change your billing date from the current billing cycle, this change will result in proration in the following invoice.

If you wish to change your billing date, you will need to contact Bell Customer Service Billing & Orders: - 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or #611 from any Bell mobile device.

Same, end of the month so that my income supports my bill without any late charges or suspension to my services
