Good Day.
You may change your plan at any time to one of Bell's available Bring Your Own Device plans and pay your device in full with a one-time payment on the following invoice, ending your device financing arrangement.
If you end your Bell SmartPay Agreement early, then your remaining device payments will become due immediately. If you are ending your Service Agreement at the same time, the remaining balance on your Agreement Credit (plus applicable taxes) will also become due immediately. The Device Return Option Deferred Amount (if applicable) will also come due.
To view your device balance:
- Log in to MyBell
- Select My services at the top of the page, then select your Bell Mobility device from the list.
- Select More about my device to view your device information, including the remaining balance and commitment details.
- You can view complete details about your SmartPay device payments (including the payment agreement and schedule) by clicking “Learn more” under Remaining Device Balance.
- If you wish to change your plan to one of the Bring your Device plans, you can do so online or by contacting Bell Mobility.
- You can pay off your device by making a one time payment on MyBell.
If you require further clarification & specific details to confirm your outstanding balance, you can call Bell Mobility Customer Service billing & orders at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.

Good Day.
You may choose to apply additional funds to your Bell Mobility account. By doing us, these funds will be credited to you account. These additional payments will not change the terms & conditions in your original agreement.
It would be more advantageous for you to change your plan at any time to one of Bell's available Bring Your Own device plans when you have sufficient funds to do so.This can be completed at any time.
Device plans and & pay your device in full can only be completed with a one-time payment on the following invoice, ending your device financing arrangement.

If you are ending your Service Agreement at the same time, the remaining balance on your Agreement Credit (plus applicable taxes) will become due immediately. How do I go about paying off my device early so that I can cancel my mobility plan with Bell. Apparently, the only way I can get a fair plan on US and Mexico is to cancel my current plan and go with Telus. Ridiculous I know, but that’s the way it is. My neighbour has a plan that’s $40 less than what Bell is willing to offer me, but I’m told plans are specific to each individual 🤨 I called Bell billing and they told me I had to do it online, but I can’t find out where to do it online

Good Day.
@Pikey Thank you for your question.
You can pay your device off in full with a one-time payment on your next invoice. This will end your device financing arrangement.
This can be completed by logging in to MyBell with any web browser & selecting Payment options in the My bill, blue section. Select > Other payment options. Select > Bank or Credit Card payment. Follow the onscreen prompts to complete your transaction.
If you end your Bell SmartPay Agreement early, then your remaining device payments will become due immediately. If you are ending your Service Agreement at the same time, the remaining balance on your Agreement Credit (plus applicable taxes) will become due immediately. The Device Return Option Deferred Amount (if applicable) will also come due.
If you wish to do so, please contact Bell Customer Service to confirm you're remaining balance & commitment details.
It would be more advantageous for you to change your plan at any time to one of Bell's available Bring Your Own device plans when you have sufficient funds to do so. This can be completed at any time.
I will leave this with you to decide.
If you require further clarification & specific details to confirm your outstanding balance, you can call Bell Mobility Customer Service billing & orders at: 1 800 667-0123 or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
Take care.
