You can change the name on your Bell account if you've legally changed your name or want to correct a spelling error. You remain responsible for the account and the credit information remains the same. Go to the following link on Bell Support:
How to change the name on my Bell account : Home phone, Internet and TV
If you want to transfer your account to someone else who will accept legal responsibility for paying the bills, you should review the steps required in the following link that is located on Bell Support:

My wife's account includes our two cell phones. Mine includes Internet, land line and T.V. We would like to combine them and "bundle" them.
How do we do it?

You sister can transfer the responsibility of her Bell residential service to someone else in the same residence without service being interrupted. For more information please check out this support article:
How to transfer my Bell Home service to someone else
The transaction requires the agreement of both parties. The new customer will take responsibility for all past and current charges on the account.
Call 1 866 310-BELL (2355) to discuss transfer responsibility of service line to someone else. We recommend that the person taking over the service as well as the account owner be present for this call.
Take care.

My fiancé and I both have mobility plans on our own separate account; we now would like to merge our accounts together so that we can get our mobility services charged to one bill.

All of the accounts must be listed under the same MyBell account in order for you to have them included in One Bill? You need to do this in order to set up One Bill. If all of your services are on the same MyBell, you are finished. If not, then you would need to unlink them from the MyBell that you added them to & add them to the same MyBell account that both services will be connected to. Once completed, when you log in the MyBell, you should be able to see all of your services listed on the first page.
I have added the following link to better assist you in understanding One Bill, how it works & who can receive One Bill.
What is One Bill and how does it work? : What is One Bill? (bell.ca)
To add an account to your MyBell profile follow these instructions when you are logged in via a web browser:
How to add another account to MyBell
To remove an account from an existing MyBell profile, you can follow these instructions when logged in via a web browser:
- Go to My Profile
- Click on Billing & Services
- Go to the account you want removed in the sidebar
- Click on Remove this bill
Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to the Bell Community Forum.
Take care.
