I was charged $5 for changing my password.
I can’t find any reference to charges for that service anywhere and I am very disappointed in seeing a charge for such a service

Good Day.
There is a $5.00 fee if you call & request Bell Mobility to do a password reset for you. There is no charge to reset your password if you choose to complete the password reset on MyBell.
To reset your password on MyBell, you would need to login to to your MyBell account using any web browser. Scroll down to the bottom of the main page & select Reset voicemail password.
For ease of access, I have included the following link for direct access to reset your password quickly in MyBell.
As requested, I have included the following document that identifies Bell's one-time fees. (Please reference the Mobility section.)
What are Bell's current one-time fees?
Thank you for posting your question.
