To connect your iPad to your Wi-Fi account; there is no charge. Do you want to add cellular service to your iPad?
If your iPad supports it, you can use a physical SIM card from your Bell to activate a cellular data plan. If you set up a cellular data plan using a physical SIM card at Bell Mobility, then the SIM card will be activated. Just open the SIM card tray and insert the SIM card from Bell.
