Credit Union not listed for preauthorized payments from bank account

My credit union branch is not in the list when I am supposed to select my bank. I was told via chat there is no way to add it. How is that possible? SOMEONE must be able to add to this list! Any info on that?  Thanks

Have you contacted your credit union to confirm if they support this type of payment & if so, what their name would be listed as? You should also verify with them the correct spelling as well.

What is the account they can use for Bell? Could someone contact Cambrian Credit Union, or who would they contact? They want to help.

Same issue with Steinbach Credit Union. Can it be added to the list? Why doesn't the form just use the Bank Institution Number like every other PAP form out there?

I am having the same problem.  I signed up with Bell because they were sending me promotions and deals through my email. I had to phone in and I signed up with them and was told I then needed to set up an account with pre authorized payments from my bank. This is self service.  I have tried and my credit union is not listed.  I set it up with my credit card.  I’m now getting texts that I won’t receive the deal that I signed up for.  Phoning is impossible and I keep being told setting up payment is self service. One customer service rep told me I need to go to my bank and get them to say they support the payment. I feel I was scammed.

I have  an issue to update my new bank info by online  with Northern Birch Credit Union. Can it be added to the list? Why doesn't the form just use the Bank Institution Number like every other PAP form out there?

I contacted Vancity and went down the list of Bank Name with rep and settled on Central 1 (BC). I'd like to call Bell for confirmation but can't find a contact phone number.

Same.  Not very happy.  This is basic.  Bell needs to address this.

I also need Steinbach Credit Union added to the list of financial institutions before December 25 which is my last day to get the $10 credit for having pre authorized payments. And yes my credit union supports these types of auto withdrawals.

When will you add Cambrian Credit Union to the list? What do you need to do to make this happen?
