I recently switched to Bell for cellular service. I pay for my phone and two of my daughters. I thought maybe I got free protection for the first three months and then I thought I could cancel it. I am paying 13.55 per phone each month and want to eliminate it. I've called Bell the agent does not know what I am talking about. It appears to only show up on my bank statement and not the actual Bell Bill. Any help to get rid of it would be great. Thanks for any assistance.

Hey there @snickers ,
Welcome to the community and thanks for your post.
Whenever you have a Protection plan fee coming out of your account and not visible on your Bell Mobility bill, it means that it is a protection program offered by the location where you acquired the phone and not from Bell directly.
In order to cancel the program, you simply need to check your bank statement and next to the charge a phone number should be visible to call and cancel. If you don't see a phone number next to the charge, simply return to the point of purchase to inquire how to cancel their protection plan.

Have the same incident too!! I cancelled it February—even confirmed that they cancelled it yet they still keep on charging my credit card. When I called to dispute the charges, they couldn’t see the charge on my Bill. They couldn’t answer me as well as to why I’m being charge and it’s frustrating me.
