How do I leave a review for a great employee?

Hello, 

Your employee Krista from Ontario was super helpful. I was in a rush to get to work and I forgot to ask if there is anyway I can leave of a review for her. She was very informative, understanding and kind. I really appreciate all her help and hope she gets to see this somehow.

I want to compliment a great Technician who came to my apartment in Barrie Ontario and fixed my Home phone and Fibe service. He was very competent polite and completed the job so expertly with such excellent customer service and expertise! Everything was fixed and he provided me tips if anything may happen to do online with my services! His name is Brett and he’s one of the best! Thank you Bell for hiring and sending Brett because he really knows what he’s doing!

I did post a general positive evaluation for the really great service I received at the Bell store in the Holt Renfrew Centre in Toronto on Saturday April 6, 2024. However, I neglected to provide the name of the representative who gave me such terrific service. It was a gentleman by the name of Rick Yu. Can you please ensure that he is properly commended for making my transition from a land line to mobile service such a pleasant and enjoyable experience? He is super knowledgeable, personable and obviously a person with manager-level abilities. Bell needs people like that. I would be grateful if you could pass along my commendation to the appropriate person.

How do you leave positive reviews.  Or let the powers that be at Bell know you have received EXCELLENT customer service?  I just got my first cell phone ever with Bell Mobility.  So happy and got a great deal and promo.  The customer service I received from James at Bell Mobility Customer service was fantastic!!!!  I don't know his last name. But he is located in the Philippines.  Also in my local area Amber in the Kootenays is the customer service rep I would like to see recognized. Both of them. How do I follow up with Bell?  Would love to hear back from a higher up at Bell Mobility Services who could help me accomplish this.  So many times people  have their complaints.  I would like to say thank you to Amber for exceptional customer service. I had been thinking about getting a cell phone for awhile.  Every time it seemed like a lot of hoops to jump through and no real answers that were helpful.  Amber is the first person who explained what I needed to do and got me set up.  So I am very happy about that.  That made the difference from all of the others at different places I talked to.  Amber's customer service is exceptional.  She deserves to be recognized.  How do I go about doing this?  Leaving a review?  Also having these exceptional Bell Customer Service people recognized.  Amber and James.  Thanks. 🙂

I want to recognize the excellent customer service received from Kurt (ID Code*****) on Saturday May 10th. I contacted Bell on behalf of my 80 year old aunt with her MYBELL phone and cable issues. Not only was Kurt patient, courteous, and respectful but he recognized it was necessary to simplify and repeat information for her benefit. The call lasted an hour or more but my aunt was extremely happy and well informed when it was over. Kudos to Kurt from a very grateful niece
