Bell recently sent a reactivation notice for me but to an incorrect email address. My profile has the correct email. How do I get Bell to fix its records?

If it is coming to your old old Email address, eg. non Bell Email, this is due to the fact that when you set up your account with Bell you gave them this Email address for billing purposes & E-bill notifications. To correct or verify your current Email, Login to My Bell > My Profile & enter or correct the Email address for your My Bell account. If it will not allow you to change the Email due to the fact that it no longer exists, you will need to delete the MyBell & OneBill account & recreate both accounts with the proper information. If unsure in just how to do this, call 310-Bell & select billing & payments. Speak to a representative & they will assist & walk you through the process.

It didn't work as I changed it months ago and it's still going to the wrong email address. That is the problem and why I am looking for help.

Same issue. Updated my profile using the steps shown (months ago) and notices (today was about a roam better use) continue to go to the wrong (old) email address. The answer given below does not solve the issue. Some emails changed over, some did not. No other place to change the email address in My Bell or on the website.
