Hi there @Marcos

Thanks for reaching out to the Bell Community.

Are you referring to consolidating two accounts onto the same OneBill, or simply linking another account in MyBell? If linking an account check out How to add another account to MyBellOpens in a new tab or window

Hi there @BDC, thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community.
While you can link the two accounts in MyBell, you will still need to activate separate services at each location.

Can you have 1 account to use at 2 separate addresses? I have a condo and a house, can I use the same service or do I need 2 different accounts?

Yes, you can. The site always ask whether you are a new customer when ordering a new service via the “check availability” box.

I have a condo now in St Sauveur with Bell TV and Internet.  I just bought a house in Lachine and want to keep the same services at both locations.  Do I need a separate account for each location, or can I use the same account at both locations, my new home and my condo in Saint-Sauveur.
