Your app has been stuck constantly loading whenever I try to pay my bill—and this has been happening for months! If my payment is late, this is why. As a telecom company, I’d expect a more reliable experience. Please fix this.

- How are you accessing the MyBell app? Mobile phone, tablet? Make & model?
- How are you trying to pay your bill? Pre-authorized payments or by other options such as credit card or through your bank?
- Have you restarted your device recently?
- Verified that iOS / OS is up to date?
- Are your apps up to date?
- How are you trying to connect? Wi-Fi, cellular?
- Have you tried uninstalling the app, then rebooting your device & then reinstalling the app?
- What troubleshooting steps have you taken?
- Have you contacted Bell Customer Service Technical Support for assistance? 1 866 310-BELL (2355)
