New form to sign, where to email back?

Just changed my phone bill with new Bell offer and I got to sign a new form so I did with adobe app  but what next? Never done this so do I email it back, how do I give them the signed form?

When receiving a new agreement via email, you are not required to sign it and email it back to us. It's purely for your own recordkeeping - your verbal agreement to an offer when speaking with a representative over the phone, or accepting the terms independently if online, are sufficient and equivalent to your signature in these cases.
