Ordered the gigabit fibre 1.5 plan on the website but checked on mybell app and the order shown was the gigabit fibre 3.0 plan. Pls fix the issue

This is a community forum; a peer-to-peer site. We do not have access to your account and billing details. We are unable to make the change to your Fibe Internet from 3.0 to 1.5.

To make this change to your Fibe Internet, choose one of the following methods:

  1. You can make this change online by logging in to your MyBell account using any web browser. On the My Services page, Select > Internet. Select > Change package . This will take you to a screen > Manage my Internet. Select > Gigabit Fibe 1.5. Follow the onscreen prompts to continue. Confirm your change & save.
  2. If you prefer, you can also make changes to your Fibe Internet account, by calling Bell Customer Services at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial *611 from any Bell mobile device.
