If i have a suspended account what other options you offer apart from paying your full bill payment ?
Any options i can use so that i can just only receive some urgent calls from bank, work, doctors appointment etc.?

You can make a payment online. You can not make a payment arrangement online. You need to contact Bell Customer Service Billing & payments to arrange special billing arrangements.
This is The Bell Community Forum. We do not have the authority to resolve issues such as this. We are here to educate, assist, help & give you some direction on what to do or where to turn to.
Methods of Payment
There are four different options for notifying Bell of a payment & unfortunately notifying this forum is not one of them:
1. Login to: MyBell account. Scroll down to the blue scetion One Bill & select: Notify Bell of a payment.
Here is a link to assist you: How to notify Bell that you have made a payment
2. Login to: MyBell Account > Scroll over to My Bills and payments & select it > Scroll down & select > Make a payment. Follow the information layed out on the screen.
3. Call Bell at: 310-BELL > Select Billing & Payment
4.To make a payment using your credit card, call Bell at 1 800 387-7243
If your service is now suspended. You could also face late payment fees, interest charges, credit rating issues, etc.
Do keep in mind that this option can be disabled for any of the following reasons:
- Account is cancelled/closed
- 2 or more returned payments in 30 days
- 2 or more failed payment arrangements in 30 days
- Any credit card chargeback within 6 months
I would suggest you contact Bell Customer Service Billing & payments ASAP. Depending on your payment arrangement, the timing of when you will send it, & when Bell receives it, you could have a problem.
Their number is: 310-BELL or 1-866-310-BELL or #611 from any Bell mobile device.

I normally can pay my bell bill in full on or before the due date. This month, however, I will not be able to pay anything until the 16th (bill is due on the 9th) of this month. What will happen to my service? Will I get a penalty for being a week late?

Good Day.
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community. I can offer up a couple of suggestions that may be of help to you at this time.
If you're having trouble paying your Bell bill, you should contact Bell customer service for assistance. Bell also offers various payment options and support resources to help customers manage their bills.
- Bell Customer Service Accounts & billing: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or dial #611 from any Bell mobile device.
211 is a nationwide service available across Canada. It's a free, confidential helpline and online database that connects people with community, social, health, and government services.
For example, if you are living in Ontario, you can try reaching out to 211 Ontario.
211 is a helpline that easily connects people to the social services, programs and community supports they need.
- To find out about the details of assistance programs in your community, dial or text 2-1-1. You can also chat online with 211, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- 211 Website | 211 Ontario
If you need financial assistance for food and housing, and are in financial need, you can apply for financial and employment assistance through Ontario Works.
Ontario Works offers:
- money to help you and your eligible family members with living expenses, including food, and rent
- health benefits for you and your eligible family members
- employment supports to help you find and keep a job (such as workshops for resume writing, job counselling, job-specific training and basic education)
- Ontario Works | ontario.ca
If you are living outside of Ontario, there are similar agencies & programs available throughout Canada. Please dial or text: 2-1-1, A quick search on the internet will also provide you with the 211 website for your province or territory.
Wishing you the best........
Take care.

Thank you for sharing your concern. Speaking personally, there are free credit counselling agencies that can help you get back on track financially and lay out your options. They can be found through 211. You want a credit counselling option first, and not a commercial service like a bankruptcy trustee. You do have options. Call 211 first.

Thanks for your question. As this is a peer to peer site, we have no account or payment information available. You will have to call Bell directly at 1-866-310-2355 and discuss your options with Accounts and Billing.
