If i have a suspended account what other options you offer apart from paying your full bill payment ?
Any options i can use so that i can just only receive some urgent calls from bank, work, doctors appointment etc.?

Hi there @Lomani23, and welcome to the Community.
If eligible, you can make a payment arrangement
via MyBell.
Do keep in mind that this option can be disabled for any of the following reasons:
- Account is cancelled/closed
- 2 or more returned payments in 30 days
- 2 or more failed payment arrangements in 30 days
- Any credit card chargeback within 6 months
If any of the following are applicable to you, if you need to report a payment, or you're otherwise having difficulties, reach out via Live Chat
for further assistance.

How to make an overdue payment
There are several options to pay your bill, including pre-authorized payments.
If Bell doesn’t receive payment for your bill within 30 days of the bill date, you will be charged late payment fees as follows:
- 3% monthly (42.58% per annum)
A late payment charge may be applied to any unpaid balance 30 days after the billing date.
- Payments sent by mail are credited the day we receive them.
- The interest rate applied to late payments can be found under the information section of your phone bill.
- The late payment charges will appear on your bill two months after the late payment occurred.

Hello, I received a reminder about my overdue balance.
I am currently in a difficult financial situation and I cannot pay the full amount right now.
However, I can make a payment of $116 today.
I would like to request a payment arrangement or an extension for the remaining balance.
Please let me know what options are available.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
@Olha Piddubna This is a true peer-to-peer community space. As such we do not have access to your account & billing details.
In order to avoid getting your services suspended, we recommend that you make a payment in full before the bill’s due date.
If this is not possible, you have the option of setting up a payment arrangement through MyBell if your account balance is past due. Please refer to the following weblink: How to set up a payment arrangement
If Bell doesn’t receive payment for your bill within 30 days of the bill date, you will be charged late payment fees as follows:
- 2.91% monthly (41.09% per annum)
A late payment charge may be applied to any unpaid balance 30 days after the billing date.
- Payments sent by mail are credited the day we receive them.
- The interest rate applied to late payments can be found under the information section of your phone bill.
- The late payment charges will appear on your bill two months after the late payment occurred.
I wish I could help you further, but I cannot assist you from this forum.
Take care.
