Prepaid card

I just topped up my prepaid account with a $25 prepaid card, but the balance immediately after the transaction was only $3.26. I was wondering why this happened?

As the Community is a peer to peer assistance channel, we wouldn't have direct access to your account.

We can only assume that when you processed your payment, it triggered your anniversary renewal for your plan. To review your balance, check out MyBell online.

On Dec 18 I paid my bell mobility I am pay as you go I paid $50 and I see a $47 credit but my phone was shut down by bell why would this happen and what are my next steps
