How do I report a payment on the bell app?..

Hey there @Denna

Welcome to the Community and thanks for your post. 

The option to notify us of a payment will only appear on your MyBell landing page if and when your account would be classified as past due (you would have received a past due notification). 

If your account is past due, you can also use the following Notify of PaymentOpens in a new tab or window quick access link.

Let the community know if you have more questions.

There are four different options for notifying Bell of a payment:

1. Login to: MyBell account. Scroll down to the blue scetion One Bill & select: Notify Bell of a payment.

Here is a link to assist you: How to notify Bell that you have made a payment

2. Login to: MyBell Account..> Scroll over to My Bills and payments & select it.> Scroll down & select > Make a payment. Follow the information layed out on the screen.

3. Call Bell at: 310-BELL > Select Billing & Payment

4.To make a payment using your credit card, call Bell at 1 800 387-7243

I trying to report a partial payment in order to have my service back online due to the necessity of internet usage for work. How do I do it?

There are four different options for notifying Bell of a payment:

1. Login to: MyBell account. Scroll down to the blue scetion One Bill & select: Notify Bell of a payment.

My mobile services has been suspended without any warning or notification. Tried to have a chat with an agent who told me to call Bell. When I reminded her that my cell phone has been disconnected she told to find a pay phone and call from there..

I mean, what? 

Is there any other way to reach the account specialist? Any suggestions are welcome..👋😊

I was suspended for not making payment before the due date..  I just made a payment to clear the bill... kindly restore my line as this is important

Billing is not accepting my payment reporting and verification number.

 

Could you provide a few more details? Billing? How are you paying your bill? Online? In person? On MyBell using Pre-authorized payment or Make a payment? Are you trying to pay your bill thru the bank on website or their application?

I have enclosed the following web link that will assist you in making a payment. I would recommend setting up One Bill on MyBell using Pre-authorized payments. This is easiest & quickest method of bill payment each month. With this method, you will never miss a payment as it automatically looked after for you on MyBell.

I have also included the following generic setup if you are looking to just set up Bell as a Payee on your bank web site. Depending on your bank, the steps for setting up a Payee may be slightly different. The Bell Payee name (Bell One Bill - 14 Digits) & your account information will be the same.

Bank Payee Setup - Bell Account online banking - Only!

You need to look at your current bill. Login to > MyBell & on the main page, right side, Select > View current bill. On the top right hand side of the One Bill page, you will see your Customer ID number.

Your Customer ID number > It is 14 characters in length. It will be composed of numbers alpha characters.
This is the 14-digits number for online/telebanking.
Write this number down.
Now go to the Bank web site & Login > Go to Pay Bills. > Select this & Select > Add a payee > Enter Payee Name > Type Bell. A list of Bell payee names should open. > Scroll down the list & Select  >  Bell One Bill - 14 Digits > Select Payee. > A box will open up. You will now > Enter your 14 digit number for online/ telebanking. > Save this & you are now set up to pay your Bell One Bill on the Bank web site or through their mobile app.

Great! If your problem is related to a late payment, non-payment, an account overdue issue, or to report a payment, you should  contact Bell at: 1 866 310-BELL (2355) or 1 800 663-9740
