Depending on how & when you paid your bill, your service will be restored when Bell receives the funds.
The fastest way to restore your service is to make an immediate payment with your credit card or a prepaid credit card online or on your mobile phone / smartphone.
You can also make a payment over the phone.
If you do not have a credit card, you can also pay online, by cheque, at the bank, etc. This can take upwards of 2-5 or even 10 days for Bell to receive this payment.
Your account will only be restored after payment is received and if the amount is enough to bring your balance below your credit limit.

I did make a payment yesterday with my credit card around noon, and your website tells me I'm $100 below the credit limit, yet I still have no ability to call, text or use data.

Until Bell physically receives your payment, then there is little I can do. Once it is received & it is below your payment threshold, your service will be restored. Depending on how & where you made your payment, this process can take 2-5 business days for the transaction to be processed.

My account was suspended for my mobile phone. I Just made a payment and would like to get it turned back on, but because it suspended I can’t call Bell to give them the verification code to get my account turned back on. What am I supposed to do? the chatbot doesn’t help.
thanks

How come when I log into Bell.ca I am unable to notify Bell of payment.
I have read the steps on how to get there, but when I try there is no option for it. Are there any other ways to notify payment?
