Do I get charged if I receive a call from USA?

You are not charged for an International call to your mobile phone when someone calls you from the USA while you're in Canada. Depending on your mobility plan, you may be charged for the usage time of the call if you're over your allotted airtime package for the month. If your plan includes Unlimited Canada Minutes, then there will not be any charges. If you call the USA, and your plan does not include USA calling, then there would be an LD charge.

Will I be charged for accepting an incoming international call?

Never accept an International collect call unless you know the calling party or you are expecting one. Calls such as this, can be very, very, pricey. You should be able to see the call details in MyBell > Mobility service > Usage.
