Upgrading plan using MyBell app - will I lose current rebates?

Hi, if I upgrade my plan using the MyBell app, do I get to keep my current rebates?

I see I can get a better plan then I have now for same price. However mine has rebates so it goes down in price a lot. If I upgrade will my rebates follow?

I can’t speak to specifics but generally you lose rebates when you change plans. You would have to speak directly to Bell to confirm that.

Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.

Generally speaking, discounts, rebates are tied in to a specific plan for certain time period. If you open up your mobility agreement, it will cover the terms, conditions & length of time. Your agreement is available for you to view on MyBell. You can also view most discounts & offers related to your service by selecting your monthly bill on MyBell & scrolling down to partial charges.

If you change plans, you will in all likelihood loose the current plan discounts  & enjoy the benefits of the new plan.

You can reconfirm this by contacting Bell Mobility customer service. You are limited to one or the other.
