Mine is working now on my Mac, Ipad and iPhone. May be the latest update to the IOS (16.6 20G75) and Mac o/s (Ventura 13.5) did it.

I see this has happened for other users, but there does not seem to be a solution anywhere. I have tried different browsers and the app and am unable to access my current bill.
The last email reminder I received from Bell was June 30. Today is July 31. I have received no notification that a new bill has been generated, no notification that my payment (on July 7) was received, and now have no way of seeing the current status of my account and billing.

This morning I discovered that I could not view MyBell as the website hung repeatedly. Safari on Mac gave up on it saying it was taking too much memory.
It's not an internet access thing as other websites are operating normally. I had noted on login that Bell has change MyBell for "better viewing".
Don't they test these things before activating them?

Good afternoon @jimba,
Thank you for reaching out to the Bell Community.
Are you still experiencing this when logging into your MyBell profile?
If you are, we invite you to share a screen shot of the error message you get.
Also, is this happening on any other devices/browsers, or just on your Mac/Safari browser?

No, it is still happening. I checked my speed and am getting 1.10 Gps download. It doesn't happen in Mac Chrome.
I deleted history in Safari but it still happens.
3 images below (annotated) show the behaviour.

Hi there @Jproctor,
We wanted to check in to see if you are still having trouble viewing your bill in the MyBell app.
If you are, can you clarify what's happening, do you seeing a blank screen as well? We invite you to share a screen shot of what you see (just be sure to hid any personal information)
Have you tested to see if you can view your bill when logged into MyBell on a web browser?
Keep us posted, we're here to help in any way we can.

I had the same problem, last month as well - both new iPad Pro and MacBk Pro. Just updated the MacOS on MacBkPro to Ventura 13.5 and it now works. Thanks to DT-2023! Bell tech support was not helpful at all.

As discussed with a Bell live chat agent tonight over an extended period, I continue to be unable to access my e-bill for August online.
