View Current Bill goes to a blank screen

I'm trying to print off the bills from last year and the VIEW CURRENT BILL goes to a blank screen

anyone having issues with the bell website not working right?

Problem solved....Bell agent apparently did not know that Unblocking the pop-up windows for the Bell site would resolve the issue...had to go online to the Apple Forum to find out!

Easy & simple solution to this problem.

Hello? I am trying to make a payment and nothing works! My bill with show up on the app even though I got an email and when I try to pay its blank and I can't even call because you don't take payments on the phone anymore. How am I supposed to pay my bill!?!

i can not print my November bell mobility bill, the page keeps saying take a tour. please fix this l need to submit my bill.

Are you having trouble looking at it like it was sent in the mail? So I am having a problem seeing my bill in the app so just wondering ? There are issues in the app might be that ? 

got my e bill for bell try to open all dark no info allso i pay my daughter

Can you please share a photo of what you do see so we can take a closer look?

What type of device are you using, and is this affecting multiple devices? 

Do you see a blank page when you open your eBill in the MyBell app, or while logged into your MyBell profile on a web browser? Can you please test both the app and web browser to see if it still happens?

We recommend checking to ensure your App/device is updated with the latest version. You can also try uninstalling the app and then reinstall to see if the issue persists.

Not sure what I can add since this was resolved sometime ago maybe early last year.

why cant i review my account keeps going to blank email

This is a community forum, as such, we do not have access to your account or billing details.

Can you share with us how you are trying to view your account? Which device are you using? Computer? Tablet? Mobile phone? Which account are you having a problem with? MyBell or Webmail.

Have you cleared your cache, cookies & history? Have you tried a different web browser?

Are you trying to access your account using the MyBell app or by logging to your MyBell account with a web browser? In either case, to view your account you must login with your MyBell credentials to access & view your account details & billing details.

You can not access your MyBell account with your email credentials & vice versa your email account with your MyBell credentials. I have included these links for you access to both web sites.
