Resolved! Paperless billing

I have requested Paperless Billing. Meaning send me an email with a link to my bill. I check online for my monthly Bill and pay at that time. But I still get paper billing. Requesting Paperless Billing should mean NO MORE MAILED BILLS?

Resolved! Can I upgrade my phones and keep my BYOD plan?

I'm on a BYOD plan and I'm getting a new phone. I don't want to switch plans. Do I just take the SIM card out of my old phone and insert it into my new one? Or do I need to activate it somehow with Bell?

Resolved! What is the mobile device payment?

I wish to know why I am being charged for mobile device payment, when my mobile was upgraded at no charge as offered by Bell. otherwise I would not have upgraded.

Resolved! How to upgrade my device

I have a phone with bill, however, my plan is currently month to month. I need to upgrade my device but not sure if I need to have a plan to do so. Thanks.
