Good Day & Welcome to the Bell Community Forum.
Please verify that all of the cables to your TV and satellite receiver are securely fastened, e.g. no lose connectors, fasteners, etc.
Do you have any messages on the front panel of your satellite receiver that may indicate that it hasn't booted up properly?
Have you tried to do a hard boot on your receiver?
- Unplug the set-top box's power cord from the back of the set-top box or from the wall outlet.
- Leave unplugged for 30 seconds and plug back in.
- The set-top box should boot up properly in approximately than 90 seconds.
If you are still unable to connect after completing these steps, please contact Bell Satellite TV Tech support for further testing. Please call: 1 888 759-3474
Take care.
